Senior Recruitment Consultant – Education
Central London | Hybrid (1 Day WFH)
£40,000–£60,000 Base + OTE £100,000 (Year 1)
We’re working with a leading education recruitment agency that is expanding its senior team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to step into a high-billing desk with strong business development exposure and a clear pathway into leadership.
The Opportunity
* Base salary £40,000–£60,000, dependent on previous billings and earnings
* Realistic OTE of £100,000 within 12 months
* Clear progression to come off desk within 18 months
* Hybrid working: 1 day per week WFH
* Central London office with a high-performing, collaborative team
The Role
* Managing and growing a high-value education desk
* Business development–focused role, building new partnerships with schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts
* Networking confidently with schools and academies to generate new opportunities
* Developing long-term relationships with key decision-makers in education
* 180 recruitment: client acquisition, candidate management, and deal closure
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior / Experienced Recruitment Consultant within the Education Sector
* Strong billing history with evidence of consistent performance
* Confident networker with a commercial, BD-led mindset
* Ambitious, leadership-focused, and motivated by high earnings and progression
