Sales Engineer Scotland & North England

Responsibilities

1. Visits to companies in the aggregates and concrete industry in your area of operation, i.e: Concrete plants, precast plants, aggregate quarries, gravel pits.
2. Selling the company's products and expanding the range to existing customers.
3. Technical advice on the selection of L-PUR polyurethane solutions in plants.
4. Establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers.
5. Creating a positive image of the company and its products.
6. Analyzing the market and monitoring competitors' activities and looking for opportunities to increase sales.
7. Ongoing reporting and planning of business activities and adding data to the CRM system.


What we expect?

1. At least 3 years of experience in sales and customer management
2. Commitment and willingness to work.
3. Communication skills, good networking and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers.
4. A high degree of independence and initiative.
5. Availability and willingness to travel for business.
6. Technical training.
7. Driving license, class B.


A major advantage will be:

1. Experience in sales of spare parts for construction machinery.
2. Knowledge of the market for mineral extraction sites and/or ready-mix concrete producers.
