Salary: 45.000-50,000 - plus 5,000 Car Allowance and Paid Mileage at 45p per mile

Experience and Requirements for the Regional Support Manager (Care Homes) role you will have:
Proven experience in managing operations in a care home or similar healthcare setting.
Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
Valid NMC Pin and nursing qualification
UK Driving License
About the company:
Our client has a portfolio of Care Home across the England and Wales; This role will be covering Bradford, Stockport and Bolton.
The ideal candidate will have held Registered Manager roles prior within a Nursing and Dementia environment with at least 40 beds, ideally more.
The candidate can live anywhere within a reasonably distance from the homes.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Regional Support Manager (Care Homes):
Supporting the Regional Manager
Supporting a numbers of home where needed
Carrying out audits and help deliver action plans
Working in partnership with Home Managers to deliver excellent leadership and standards of care
Building strong relationship with external bodies and agencies
