The Role As a Commercial Account Handler you will be :- Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, as their key adviser – by telephone or email Work with the Client Executive to deal with any complex queries, working closely to ensure a joined up approach to client liaison Managing Commercial insurance queries across Property, Casualty, Commercial Combined and Motor Fleet, along with some ancillary covers. Expertise of all these is not a requirement as training will be provided. Managing Commercial insurance clients paying premiums between £5k and £250k – with the more complex clients provided to an individual with wider experience. Requirements This is an office-based role, in a central Manchester location As an experienced Commercial Account Handler, you must have a minimum of 3 years core UK Commercial product knowledge in at least Commercial Combined. The more complex and wider experience you have, the more complex clients you will manage Your background can be Commercial Underwriting or from a broker.
