A warm and welcoming primary school in Basildon is seeking a dedicated Fridays Only PPA Teacher to join their fantastic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and has the skills to make a positive impact on their students. As a PPA Teacher, you will be providing cover for planning, preparation, and assessment time, offering students a stimulating and engaging learning experience. This will be to cover from Reception up to Year 5.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring engaging, inclusive, and varied teaching
* Work closely with the class teachers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity in learning
* Support the development of students' academic and social growth
* Ensure that all pupils are treated fairly, with respect, and given equal opportunities to succeed
We are looking for someone who
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
* Has experience working in a primary school setting
* Is passionate about teaching and able to motivate and inspire students
* Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
* Is adaptable and willing to work as part of a collaborative team
* Is committed to providing an inclusive, engaging, and stimulating learning environment
