They are looking for an experienced Business Defence Sales Manager to join them to support their continued growth and build sustainable and robust relationship with new and existing customers.

Job Description
Develop close relationships with new and existing key Defence Customers and manage In-Country Sales Agents, to understand and anticipate Customer needs that can be translated into products and services that provide profitable business growth.
Actively seek and identify profitable market opportunities for new Customers and products, proposing strategies and plans that will enable expansion and growth in sales with increased profit year on year.
Use competitive intelligence and market data to develop pricing strategies focused on being both competitive in the market and delivering the required financial return
Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to proposal issuance and securing the booking

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
1-2 years’ demonstrable experience in business-to-business sales ideally in Aerospace/Defence
Some experience of bid/proposal writing
The ability to develop and implement product marketing strategy, plan sales campaigns, prepare sales forecasts and lead / conclude the response and conclusion of all aspects of an RFP response.
Evidence of valid driving licence and a willingness / ability to travel
Ability to get UK Security Clearance
