What You’ll Be Doing:
* Installing, commissioning, and demonstrating industry-leading machinery
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs (planned and reactive)
* Delivering excellent customer support on-site and remotely
* Managing service records, reports, and customer updates
* Planning and coordinating service visits efficiently
* Continuously learning new products and technologies
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need to know everything—we’re more interested in your attitude and potential.
You’ll likely have:
* Experience in a technical or electro-mechanical role(print, embroidery, sewing, or similar industries are a bonus)
* A practical, problem-solving mindset
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Basic IT skills (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.)
* Good organisation and the ability to work independently
