Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Acquisition Manager to lead and deliver our ambitious site acquisition programme. This role will cover the Midlands or London area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, evaluate, and secure new site opportunities in line with the company’s expansion strategy.
2. Lead negotiations for lease terms and agreements, ensuring favourable outcomes for the business.
3. Manage and oversee multiple projects from commencement to launch.
4. Build and maintain a strong network within the real estate sector to support acquisition goals.
5. Present investment opportunities and acquisition proposals to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
6. Collaborate with planning, legal, and construction teams to ensure smooth progression from acquisition to delivery.
7. Influence stakeholders to drive acquisition initiatives and implement change effectively.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, negotiations, and management.
* Extensive contacts within the property sector.
* Successful track record in high-volume acquisition programmes.
* Strong presentation skills for communicating investment opportunities.
* Experience securing favourable lease terms.
* RICS qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
* Degree (2:2 or higher) preferred.

Additional Information: The role is regional (Midlands or London) with occasional travel to Leeds.
