As an integral part of the school's support staff, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers, contributing to the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils with diverse learning requirements. The role offers a salary range of £24,570 - £25,935 per year.
Responsibilities
* Provide individualised support to students, ensuring necessary adaptations and accommodations to thrive in the learning environment.
* Build strong relationships with pupils through patience and empathy, fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement innovative strategies and utilise resources to support pupils' unique needs.
* Assist with lesson planning and delivery, facilitate small group activities, and provide one-on-one support as required.
