A legal firm is looking for a friendly, reliable Service Desk Analyst with 1st and 2nd line support experience to join their small but capable IT team. Youll be stepping into a calm, low-volume environment (60 tickets/day), supporting legal staff on a range of desktop, application, and peripheral issues, with a strong focus on 1st-time resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st/2nd line support for a team using Cloud PCs and Office 365
Troubleshoot display/screen issues, client event setups, and standard desktop problems
Support with iManage, Intapp Time, Papercut, and Office365 applications
Assist with laptop provisioning and iPhone support
Respond to tickets with urgency target is meaningful response within 1 hour
Collaborate closely with the 2-person team, including a contractual lead and another engineer
Environment & Projects:
Legal sector (prior experience desirable but not essential)
In-office 5 days/week (core hours 9:305:30)
Rolling out cloud migration project in the summer
Estates are stable; Office365 environment is solid
Strong support from the Operations team for legal systems
About You:
Experience in both 1st and 2nd line roles
Friendly, proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency
Able to work independently and "just get on with it
Comfortable working fully onsite in a professional legal setting
