What You Will Do
* Lead weekly design reviews to assess project progress with creative teams, senior managers, and directors.
* Create unique and highly creative personalisation artworks in 2D and 3D, tailored to specific briefs and themes.
* Develop graphic strategies for product families, ensuring seamless delivery into production vehicles.
* Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and design quality teams to refine and execute designs in physical form.
* Act as a key contributor to the materiality graphic strategy, creating designs for perforation, embroidery, and branding.
* Support high-profile launch projects with senior-level visual communication presentations.
