STORE MANAGER – MENSWEAR

The Role:
We are seeking a commercially driven, customer-focused Store Manager to deliver operational excellence and drive performance at our Cardiff location
Key Responsibilities:
* Run of the store, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are achieved
* Deliver exceptional customer service, leading by example and fostering a client-focused culture
* Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement
* Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
* Manage stock levels, deliveries, and inventory processes
* Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
* Ensure all health, safety, and operational procedures are followed consistently
Profile & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an assistant management or Store manager role within premium/luxury retail, ideally menswear
* Proven track record of driving sales and supporting commercial success
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
* A genuine passion for fashion and tailoring
