Your new companyYour new company are a well-known Not-For-Profit organisation, with their head office in Swansea.Your new roleYour new role will be to;
* Strategically supervise and motivate the Payroll team.
* Review the workload of other members of the Payroll team.
* Manage your own payroll deadlines.
* Working knowledge of managing a high-volume payroll.
* Act as the point of contact for any escalated matters within the department.
* Review, monitor and implement new processes to improve the department.
* Ensuring service levels are met whilst maintaining strong relationships and an accurate Payroll function.
* Ensuring Payroll Compliance.
* Specialist knowledge and experience running all aspects of a Payroll function.
What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will need;
* Extensive experience of Payroll and supervision/management within the team.
* Capable of liaising with stakeholders and management.
* Proven ability to both lead and motivate those within the department.
* Be available to start a new role within the next 2 weeks.
