The Role
We’re looking for an Account Executive who thrives in fast-moving startup environments — someone who knows how to build from zero, close deals, and create momentum from scratch. You’ll be joining a small but powerful go-to-market team, working closely with founders and leadership to drive revenue, open new markets, and shape the future of our growth engine.
This isn’t a role with a script or a playbook — you’ll own the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to negotiation and close. We want hungry closers who are ready to build and win.
What You’ll Do
* Own the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation to closing new business.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
* Drive consultative sales conversations and uncover real business pain points.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.
* Help shape the sales motion and playbook as we scale.
* Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of closing experience (post-BDR/SDR or equivalent) in a startup or high-growth environment.
* Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding quotas
* Strong hunter mentality — self-starter who knows how to prospect and close.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
* Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
* Fast learner with a growth mindset — driven by curiosity and execution.
