Data Analyst
Permanant vacancy with initial 8 month client assignment
Remote, possibly 2 days on site in Preston occasionally
£40,000-45,000 per annum


We are actively looking to secure a Data Analyst to join Experis.

Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally. Our UK operation is growing and has very aggressive plans for expansion over the coming years. We form part of the Manpower group of companies that turn over $20 billion a year collectively.

Key Responsibilities

Legacy System Data Support

* Understand client's source and legacy HR systems and data structures.
* Perform raw data extractions and generate front-end data reports.
* Support business teams in identifying data gaps relative to the GSF solution.


HR Org Effectiveness CoE Support

* Refresh and maintain datasets across OrgVue and Alteryx (e.g., position datasets, predicted mappings).
* Process and track Job Architecture change requests and support governance workflows.
* Analyse quarterly mapping data to highlight misalignment or anomalies using Excel and OrgVue.


Ad-hoc & Cross-Functional Support

* Support additional strategic initiatives such as the Ad Astra project.
* Validate final mappings of ERBS and other hierarchies as needed.
* Respond to ad-hoc data requests with timely and accurate outputs.


Required Experience

* Experience of HR data/SuccessFactors
* Previous experience in a global HR transformation or data migration programme
* Familiarity with HR operating models, job architecture, and organisational design principles
* Hands-on experience with data mapping, validation, and lifecycle management
* Strong analytical and data manipulation skills
* Strong communication skills, especially when engaging with non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to prioritise, manage multiple workstreams, and escalate where required
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global teams
