What you'll be doing:
1. Plan, organize, and manage all resources (people and materials) for the successful execution of a project.
2. Lead project teams in the construction of projects ensuring project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional client experience goals are met.
3. Manage timely and proper payment processes from clients, to subcontractors, and vendors.
4. Primary point of contact with owner and design professionals.
5. Negotiate contract agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
6. Manage schedules, change orders, RFI, and submittal process.
7. Present monthly project process reports including cost reports updates, PCO, CO, RFIs, submittals, safety, and schedule reports to executive team leaders.
8. Be a member of the team involved in creating a winning strategy for Request for
Proposal Responses (RFP's) and the formal presentation for a project.

The Successful Applicant
What you need for this position:
9. Successfully started and finished, projects from $10M to $15M (PROJECT LIST REQUIRED).
10. Expert understanding of AIA construction agreements.
11. 7+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager.
12. Healthcare Construction and AHCA experience are strongly preferred.
13. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, and Bluebeam.
14. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
15. Outstanding communicator: able to synthesize complex information into simple, actionable insights and ability to communicate technical building processes with construction and non-construction team members equally.
