KPI: CAC, ROAS, revenue growth, client retention

Core Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimisation
* Own paid media execution across Meta and Google.
* Analyse and optimise campaigns daily to hit KPIs.
* Use Shopify, Triple Whale, and ad account data for insights.
Strategy & Planning
* Build and execute campaign roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
* Recommend creative tests and data-led optimisations.
* Support account directors in long-term client planning.
Client Communication
* Deliver clear, actionable insights in updates and reports.
* Educate clients on results and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
What Success Looks Like
6 Months – Managing accounts independently with consistent ROI.
12 Months – Trusted to own larger accounts and advise strategically.
24 Months – Progression into Performance Lead, managing both clients and team members.

Skills & Experience
* 2–3+ years managing paid media campaigns.
* Proven track record of hitting CAC/ROAS goals.
* Hands-on experience with Meta/Google Ads.
* E-commerce knowledge essential.
