Job Summary

As Practice Manager, along with our partner GPs, I have the pleasure of leading an amazing organisation full of talented, dedicated and caring people, I am delighted you are thinking about joining us.

Due to retirement and promotion, we are seeking an enthusiastic practice nurse looking to move into a senior position within our nursing team.

As a member of our nursing team you bring integrity, kindness and teamwork, and your skills to support our patients and team is just what we are looking for.

We are an organisation of about 25 people working in two surgeries, one in Southernhay, in the centre of Exeter, and the other in Whipton, less than two miles to the east. Our surgeries provide a range of healthcare to two communities totalling around 8,000 patients. We are a Training Practice and very lucky to have a team of 6 dedicated, friendly doctors, working at the heart of our practice.

We are a small but supportive, friendly and hardworking team who care about the people in the community we serve as well as our colleagues in the team. We know the work can be challenging, supporting people when they may need it the most, so we chip in to support and help each other and are there for one another when needed: We think this work is very rewarding, serving the community and getting to know individuals, caring and making a difference to their health and life.
