As a Residential Property Executive, you will be responsible for managing a full conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion. This includes working on a variety of property transactions including new builds, shared ownership, and leasehold properties.

Job Requirements
* Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
* Expertise in new build and shared ownership transactions would be a benefit but not essential
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong referral and business relationships
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* A flexible and collaborative approach in line with our values
* Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
Job Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters
* Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new build developments, and shared ownership transactions
* Maintain and develop relationships with developers, housing associations, and other key referral partners
* Identify and pursue business development opportunities
* Deliver high-quality service and legal advice to clients with excellent communication throughout the transaction
* Ensure all work is compliant with SRA guidelines and firm procedures
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm to ensure the best outcomes for our clients
