A bit about the job: In this role, you'll help embed consistent and effective delivery methodologies-primarily Agile (Scrum/Kanban)-across our teams and projects. Your work will span from hands-on delivery management to supporting teams in becoming self-sufficient through improved processes and tools. You'll be instrumental in shaping our 'Ways of Working', covering everything from agile ceremonies and backlog management to stakeholder communication, governance, resourcing, and financial tracking. Tools like Jira and Confluence will be central to your day-to-day activities. Skills and experience we're looking for: Experienced in project or delivery management, ideally within analytics, data, or IT environments. Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Organised, proactive, and a natural problem-solver. A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders. Comfortable working independently and objectively, taking accountability, with a focus on clarity, transparency, and governance-even in complex situations.
