What you’ll be doing as Sous Chef?
As our Sous Chef, you will be the second in command, delivering excellent food standards, working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver seasonal menus and specials, in a friendly environment. Supporting your head chef to lead and mentor your brigade, you will be passionate about training and development. Previous experience in a fresh food environment is preferred, possibly as a chef de partie or junior sous looking to progress.
You will also:
* Maintain health and safety processes to achieve a 5-star rating
* Achieve GP targets, manage stock and labour costs
With recent senior kitchen experience, you will be eager to develop your career at Hydes.
