What the Job Involves As a Quantity Surveyor within our Housing Services, you will: Work with the Commissioning team to review service provider proposals for compliance and accurate pricing. Lead and manage multiple housing-related projects, ensuring they meet the objectives of the Housing Assets, Investments, and Standards directorate. Prepare regular project updates, reports, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to challenge and refine client briefs and specifications to minimize inefficiencies. Develop accurate project budgets and price solutions that are practical and fit for purpose, working alongside the Cost Planner.
