We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who will play a key role in the delivery of various projects, including project support, coordination, business relationship management, and requirement gathering. The ideal candidate will be a detailed planner and an expert communicator. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing landscape.
Required Skills:
* Work experience handling multiple streams (Infra, Cloud, Applications, ERP, etc.) for manufacturing companies preferably.
* Requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and supporting end users as needed.
* Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
* Managing competing resources and priorities.
* Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
* Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions.
* Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
* Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
* Documenting and effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience:
* Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience as a business analyst and 1-2 years of domain experience in any technology (Infra, Cloud, Servers, ERP, Applications, etc).
* Experience leading and managing complex business implementation projects.
