Job Title: Call Handler
Contract: Temporary
Duration: 8 weeks
Hours: Monday 9 am - 5 pm, Tuesday to Friday 9 am - 4 pm
Pay: £12.36 per hour
Location: Cwmbran (due to location you will need your own transport)
Start date: Within one week, subject to satisfactory reference checks

About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for members of the public who require non-emergency patient transport. Your role will involve:
Handling a of inbound calls
Following a set of pre-determined questions to assess transport eligibility
Accurately inputting caller responses into the system
Confirming and booking transport services based on caller informationWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment
Strong IT and data entry skills with attention to detail
Calm, professional, and confident telephone manner
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
