Support Worker - Retirement Estate

Care First, in partnership with a reputable charity trust, is seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join a supportive team within a welcoming retirement estate. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and support to elderly individuals living independently in their own cottages and flats.
As a Support Worker, you'll be providing day-to-day assistance to elderly residents, helping them maintain their independence while enjoying a safe and comfortable environment. Offer practical and emotional support tailored to each resident's individual needs
Assist with personal care, mobility support, and household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation
Support residents to access community services, attend appointments, and take part in estate social activities
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality, consistent care
60 per hour - competitive pay for meaningful work

A full UK driving licence is essential
