Responsibilities
Serves as a direct Super Service, Platinum & Silver customer contact for various processes, acting as primary liaison between customers, distributors, subsidiaries, and field sales force. Handles quote processing, order feedback and complaint work flow, order booking, and other related activities.
* Processes Super Service, Platinum & Silver customer quotations in a timely and accurate manner.
* Controls and manages RFQ workflow; reviews and validates quoted delivery with appropriate production personnel prior to order entry.
* Prepares written responses to customers if delivery situation changes.
* Supplies information to customers on pricing, delivery, technical inquiries, shipment details, etc.
* Follows up on quotations for order execution.
* Processes Super Service, Platinum & Silver customer feedback requests promptly.
* Controls and manages feedback workflow; reviews and validates deliveries and prepares written responses if delivery situation changes.
* Supports order booking and administration process.
* Controls and manages CAT A/B VOC workflow process.
* Coordinates Fusion Maintenance and Price List Creation.
* Manages KPI and investigates accuracy of debit & credit adjustments to customer accounts.
* Analyzes project wins and losses.
* Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
* Preferably an Honours degree in business management (or similar, e.g., marketing, sales) OR minimum 5 years of experience in customer service / inside sales.
* Knowledge of systems administration and management.
* Excellent PC skills (MS Office).
* Excellent interpersonal / telephone skills.
* Detail-oriented, able to maintain accuracy under pressure.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Inside Sales Operations Manager.
