Legal Counsel - Global Tech Company - Belfast (Hybrid- very flexible)
Are you a commercial or corporate solicitor? Do you want to work in a fast growing in-house legal team within a multinational tech company?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing in-house legal team where you will get the opportunity to negotiate and draft high-value and complex commercial & tech contracts.
This role would suit a qualified solicitor with 3 + years PQE in either corporate or commercial law gained from private practice or in-house.

The Role:
Working with this talented in-house legal team you will;
* Negotiate and draft a range of commercial contracts to include technology, services, supply, distribution
* Work closely with procurement and provide legal business support for vendor agreements
* Support the development of standard processes and templates
* Work with stakeholders across the business
You will be!
* Qualified Solicitor - 3 + years PQE
* Experience of either corporate or commercial law gained from either an in-house or private practice background
* Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels throughout an organisation
* Strong negotiation skills and legal drafting skills
* Commercial awareness
