Starting Salary Range: £23,500 - £25,000 per annum DOE + red-hot benefits
Contract Type: Part Time 18 Hours, 12 Month FTC
Our Customer Consultants are the face and voice of Virgin Money, delivering heartfelt service to our customers daily while enjoying their work. Our Rochdale store is looking for someone passionate about helping others face-to-face and over the phone, to join us in making customers happier about money.
What you’ll be doing…
* Welcoming customers to the Store
* Helping customers use digital services and understanding the benefits of digital banking
* Resolving customer queries related to banking
* Engaging in conversations to understand customer needs and offering suitable solutions using our products and services
* Collaborating with colleagues across Stores and Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers receive expert advice in person or via telephone
* Representing Virgin Money at events and in the community to promote our work
We need you to have…
* Experience or passion for customer service and delivering excellent service
* Curiosity and problem-solving skills to find the best solutions for customers
* Strong communication skills to engage with diverse personalities
* Flexibility and positivity to adapt to customer needs and business demands
* Team enthusiasm to achieve goals collaboratively
* Interest in digital technology and keeping up with new developments
It’s a bonus if you have but not essential…
* Financial services experience
* Knowledge of banking products
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
