We are looking for a Locality Manager to lead our services in King’s Lynn, including managing the local office, overseeing outreach provision and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver high‑quality advice.
You will play a key role in ensuring our services are accessible, effective and responsive to local need, while maintaining strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
* Managing the day‑to‑day operation of local advice services
* Supporting, supervising and developing staff and volunteers
* Maintaining advice quality through case checking and quality assurance
* Ensuring accurate outcomes recording and reporting
* Helping develop and extend services to support more people
We’re looking for someone who
* Is values‑driven and committed to social justice and equality
* Has experience in advice services or a similar environment
* Understands safeguarding and referral processes
* Has strong communication, organisational and IT skills
* Has experience supporting or managing volunteers
