My Dunfermline based client are currently recruiting for an experience Financial Management administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

In this role you will be responsible for:
* Dealing with customer queries
* Preparing annual reports for clients
* Processing new client applications for various investments
* Work with product providers to ensure the correct solutions are available for clients.
* Manage documentation for regulatory review
* Manage client paperwork and ensure it is all up to date
* Manage partner diaries
* Work with clients to ensure all documentation is complete and prepared for audit
The relevant person for this role will have the following experience:
* Strong experience with financial or wealth administration
* Experience with major wealth provider platforms
* Comfortable using technology on a daily basis to a high standard
* Experience in a client facing environment both face to face and by telephone
