Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious and Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Wythenshawe. The suitable candidate needs to be enthusiastic and nurturing with a child-centred approach.

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
1. Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences across the curriculum
2. Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to assessments
3. Supervise pupils during classroom activities, educational visits, breaktimes, and lunchtimes as required
4. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and use initiative when covering lessons or supporting learning activities in the teacher’s absence
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
5. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent recognised qualification)
6. Experience supporting children in a primary school or educational setting
7. Good understanding of the primary curriculum and effective learning support strategies
8. Ability to support pupils with a range of learning needs and abilities
