The Role
This is a high-energy, telephone-based sales role where consistent outbound activity and pipeline ownership are key to success.
You’ll be responsible for:
* 📞 Outbound calling and cold calling small business owners
* 🔎 Proactively prospecting and identifying new opportunities
* 🤝 Building strong rapport with customers
* 💡 Demonstrating how Mazuma can simplify their accounting
* 🧠 Confidently handling objections and closing sales
* 🎯 Taking ownership of sales targets and personal performance
* 📊 Managing and progressing your own sales pipeline through consistent activity
* 🗂️ Accurately updating activity in Salesforce
This role suits someone who enjoys high levels of daily activity, who thrives in a target-driven environment, and brings the resilience and determination needed to consistently generate opportunities and hit targets.
You don’t need accountancy knowledge to succeed, we will teach you everything you need to know.

👀 What We’re Looking For
* • Experience in sales, outbound calling and cold calling
* • Experience working in a remote or hybrid setting
* • A track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
* • Confidence handling objections
* • Strong self-motivation, activity discipline and accountability for results
* • Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not essential
