We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Energy Consultant to join our dynamic team in West London. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with strong residential sector knowledge, OCDEA accreditation, and proven project management capabilities.
About the Role:
As a Senior Energy Consultant, you will lead and deliver energy assessments and sustainability strategies across a variety of residential developments, from planning through to post-construction. You will work closely with architects, developers, and contractors, managing projects and ensuring compliance with building regulations and energy performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead energy and sustainability assessments for new-build and refurbished residential schemes
Conduct SAP assessments and produce EPCs using your OCDEA accreditation
Provide strategic advice to clients on energy efficiency and Part L compliance
Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
Liaise with design teams, developers, and planning authoritiesWhat We are Looking For:
OCDEA accredited (On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor)
Strong understanding of SAP assessments, Building Regulations Part L, and planning policy requirements
Project management experience with a track record of delivering residential projects on time and within scope
Experience within residential projects
Minimum 4-6 years of experience within the energy or sustainability consultancy sector
