Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias
Location: Denbighshire
Salary: £40k - £45k
What you’ll be doing – Maintenance Engineer - Electrical bias
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plastic injection moulding machines and extrusion lines plus auxiliary equipment - chillers, robots, granulators & air compressors etc)
* Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including PLCs, control systems
* Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
* Implement upgrades or modifications to improve equipment performance
* Ensure compliance with safety standards for all electrical work
* Submit detailed daily activity reports
Your skills and experiences - Maintenance Engineer - Electrical bias
* Strong experience maintaining industrial equipment
* Strong expertise in electrical systems, including PLC programming and troubleshooting
* Familiarity with mechanical systems is advantageous but not essential
* Digitally savvy – comfortable using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Desirable
* Proven experience in maintaining plastic injection moulding machinery or extrusion lines or similar industrial equipment
