You will be responsible for ensuring that a high-quality service is delivered that supports us to meet our statutory objectives of protecting the public and upholding confidence in the nursing and midwifery professions. This will primarily involve progressing cases through the screening stage of the Fitness to Practice process. You will be required to draft advice for lawyers on some of our most complex and challenging cases. In this role youll work with a broad range of colleagues across the organisation.
About You
Youll be a confident and knowledgeable individual with significant casework experience, preferably in professional regulation. Youll have experience of stakeholder engagement that will support you to ensure timely case progression. You will be a confident communicator, with a track record of managing a complex case load.
