A national fire engineering consultancy is launching a brand-new Midlands division
focused on major, high-impact projects. We’re looking for a Senior Fire Engineer who
wants more than business as usual. Someone who’s ready to build, lead, and make their
mark.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Create bespoke fire strategies that meet and exceed UK Building Regs
* Work directly with architects, developers, contractors, and regulators
* Lead on fire safety design, egress analysis, and protection strategies
* Deliver high-quality technical reports and drawings
* Mentor junior team members and support a growing Midlands presence
* Conduct site visits and give practical, solution-focused advice
What You’ll Bring
* Degree in Fire, Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
* 2+ years in UK-based fire engineering (more if you’re aiming for senior)
* Strong understanding of ADB, BS standards, and performance-based design
* Experience with FREAW and EWS1 assessments
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* A proactive, consultancy-driven mindset
* Ambition to help grow something from the ground up
