We are recruiting a Deputy Care Manager for an OFSTED-registered therapeutic childrens home in Crewe, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a temp to perm opportunity within an established and specialist residential service committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment where children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior or deputy-level professional looking to take the next step in their career within a therapeutic childrens service. You will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring compliance with Childrens Homes (England) Regulations and OFSTED Quality Standards.
A comprehensive induction and ongoing training will be provided to support your transition into the role.
