Commissioning Engineer (HVAC)
Leeds / Warrington (Flexible across surrounding areas)
Full-time | Permanent
Salary: £40k+
Responsibilities
* Carry out air and water balancing, site testing, plant start-up, and fault diagnosis.
* Undertake risk assessments, method statements and toolbox talks, ensuring a safe working environment.
* Liaise with clients, contractors and site representatives to coordinate commissioning activities.
* Supervise and mentor junior engineers and trainees.
* Conduct environmental checks and commission ability reviews.
* Prepare and collate test data and commissioning reports using company software.
* Read and interpret electrical diagrams and perform inspections.
* Manage resources effectively to meet commissioning programmes.
* Travel to various project sites, with lodging provided when required.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ HVAC commissioning experience
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office) and UK driving license
* NVQ in Building Services or equivalent qualification
