Locum Adults Social Care Lawyer - Remote£60-65 per hourWest Midlands | 3-6 months+
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Adults Social Care Lawyer to join a large, well-respected public sector organisation based in the West Midlands on a locum basis.
The role is offered for an initial 3-6 month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. Fully remote working is available, with flexible start timescales.
The Role:
You will manage a varied adults social care caseload, including:
* Court of Protection applications
* Deprivation of Liberty (DoLS) matters
* Providing legal advice on adult social care and mental health law
* Supporting the authority with statutory duties and complex cases
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor / Barrister / Legal Executive (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in Adults Social Care law
* Local authority or public sector experience preferred
* Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
