Role Responsibilities
1. Attend pre-match managers' briefings and participate in training required by legislation and the company.
2. Monitor staff working practices to ensure efficiency and productivity, adhering to company standards, with reference to staff responsibilities and job descriptions.
3. Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure all food products are serviced in line with specified timings.
4. Work in adherence with Food Allergens information and service procedures.
5. Ensure that both bar and floor staff are attentive to guests' needs, working promptly to minimize wait times.
6. Welcome guests, take orders, and serve beverages.
7. Focus on customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent client service experience.
8. Serve guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
9. Handle customer and staff complaints effectively and efficiently.
10. Actively upsell products and maximize revenue capture.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Friendly yet professional demeanor.
2. Good attention to detail and punctuality.
3. Experience in hospitality, catering, or bar settings.
4. Experience in managing a team.
5. Experience in cash handling and stock control.
