Role overview
Working closely with the Commercial Managers and various other stakeholders across the department and wider business to achieve budgeted commercial performance, implement strategic and tactical initiatives, create and analyse MI and to make recommendations to improve business performance. With continued growth plans for 2023 and beyond, this is a fast-paced role that will need you to share our passion, energy and vision to drive commercial performance.
Job details
* To be accountable for the timely and accurate delivery of daily, weekly and monthly management information (MI)
* Compile and deliver insight and analysis in to commercial performance, interpreting how that impacts key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying what actions we should take as a result
* Identify and contribute in the ideation of commercial plans and initiatives
* Ownership and support in the delivery of commercial initiatives, working with stakeholders from across the organisation
* Take an active role in the Renewals budgeting and forecasting process
* Provide support in the production of commercial presentations
Essential skills /experience
* Numerate and analytical with the ability to analyse multiple data sources and draw conclusions.
* Strong Communication skills with the ability to present to and influence key stakeholders.
* Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team, often a virtual team
* Able to think strategically, identifying and clearly articulating new ideas
* Comfortable working under pressure and with competing deadlines and priorities
* An inquisitive nature that challenges the status quo.

2 nd interview involving a case study.
