Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Quantity Surveyor role located in York. You will be responsible for tasks such as BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
Role Requirements
* Minimum 5 Years experience
* Cost Control and Cost Management skills
* BOQ preparation skills
* Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
* MRICS or working towards qualification
* Full UK driving licence
