A progressive, multidisciplinary law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal and tax services to individuals, families, and businesses. With a well-established private client offering, the firm is now seeking a new partner to take over from a retiring senior leader.
Your new role
You will step into a leadership position within the Private Client team, inheriting a portfolio of high-net-worth clients while also bringing your own network and business. You'll oversee a team comprising a Legal Director, Associate, and Paralegal, all of whom will report directly to you.
Responsibilities
* Leading on complex matters such as inheritance tax planning, probate, estate administration, and contentious trusts
* Driving the strategic growth of the Private Client practice
* Collaborating with colleagues across legal and tax disciplines
* Mentoring and developing your team
* Playing a key role in business development and client relationship management
What you'll need to succeed
* Current experience as a senior solicitor or partner.
* Significant experience in private client law, particularly with HNW/UHNW clients
* Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
* A proven ability to lead teams and grow a practice
* A client-focused approach and a collaborative leadership style
* Qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales.
