Travel: Occasional travel within the UK and internationally
Week: 37 hours, flexible around core hours with no core hours on Friday afternoons; two additional days per month as TOIL.

Role Overview
Join the Digital Security Protection Team as a Cyber Security professional, playing a key role in defining and executing cybersecurity technologies and procedures to mitigate short‑ and long‑term threats and risks.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and monitor security policies and technical compliance checks, ensuring continuous evaluation and impact assessment.
* Translate business requirements into security configurations and hardening for security products and business applications.
* Support continuous assessment of cybersecurity posture, identifying new security countermeasures.
* Define security baselines and features for defense technologies such as IAM and Active Directory.
* Support Sec‑Dev‑Ops and secure development automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
* Experience defining and implementing security policies and technical compliance checks.
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into security configurations and hardening.
* Strong skills in risk assessment and identifying security countermeasures.
* Knowledge of defining security baselines and features for defense technologies.
* Experience in Sec‑Dev‑Ops and secure development automation.
