* Term Time Plus (TT+) contract - working for 43 weeks/yr; paid annual leave for 6.4 weeks/year, remaining 2.6 weeks unpaid leave.
* 32 days (6.4 weeks) annual holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays - pro rata for part-time staff
EMA is excited to be opening a new position for a skilled HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist to join our Education team in Gillingham on a part-time basis.
Our Gillingham campus is a vibrant location on the edge of town which provides a friendly and nurturing learning environment for young people with special educational needs and profound and multiple learning disabilities. Our staff are committed to creating a space where students can achieve, and we're looking for someone who shares our ethos and that same commitment.
This role offers the opportunity to plan, oversee and deliver speech and language therapy interventions for our students, supporting the development of communication, language and AAC skills in line with EHCP outcomes. You will work collaboratively with students, families, tutors and wider professionals to create inclusive, personalised communication approaches that help young people reach their full potential.
