The Opportunity – Commercial Business Development Placement Scheme
Start Date - July 2026, typically for 12 months.
Starting salary – Minimum Wage for Age
Minimum Entry Criteria – You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study in Business Management or similar field, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028.
Must be well organised and disciplined, with the ability to prioritise workload and use time effectively.
Must be proactive, self-motivated, agile, and work with limited supervision.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

What could I be doing?
You will develop knowledge, skills, and experience in a chosen area of our Commercial, Business Development team and will be supported by a structured learning and development programme alongside relevant job-related training.

Enablement & Continuous Improvement
What comes next?
We’ll be shortlisting and sending out interviews in April 2026.
We aim to call all candidates whether successful or unsuccessful a few weeks after the interview has taken place.
All of our placement students will start their exciting journeys with a full induction week in July 2026!
