We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Development Representative to join our well-established outbound sales team in Manchester City Centre. No previous sales experience is required; we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn, customer-focused, and driven to succeed in sales.
This is an office-based role during your probation period. Afterward, you will have the flexibility of hybrid working. You will work with the SMB (Small Medium Business) team to promote and sell B2B (Business to Business) products, generate new business for the Deliveroo platform, and report to your Sales Team Leader.
The annual base salary is £13,173 plus monthly commissions for achieving targets.
This is a part-time position: 20 hours/week.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 4 pm - 8 pm. During the first month, full-time hours (37.5 hours) are required for training and will be compensated accordingly.
Role Responsibilities:
* Acquire new business via phone and email
* Build daily plans
* Work towards monthly targets
* Collaborate with Regional Sales Teams
Requirements:
* Commitment to succeed in a sales environment with high earning potential
* At least one year of commercial experience
* Experience with phone-based sales
* Confidence to make regular cold calls
* IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Desire for professional development
* Passionate about customer service and food
