Office based, Exeter Airport.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within JMC Aviation, the world’s leading Aviation Engineering, Training & Recruitment business for an Engineering Support Administrator to support our Global Engineering Team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Support with the paperwork associated with the recruitment and onboarding of engineers from abroad
* Maintaining compliance and checking the validity of application documentation
* Collaborate with other teams to allow for an efficient onboarding and landing process for sponsored applicants
* Support the maintenance and updating of internal guidance materials, internal handbook notes and information
* Issuing arrival communications in coordination with onsite account representatives
* Booking flights and arrival accommodation for new engineers
* Preparing candidate packs
* General admin
* Maintain a good understanding of UKVI knowledge
* Maintain a good understanding of Right to Work legislation
* Maintain compliance across company CRM software
* Collecting pay details and right to work documents for new starters
* Provides cover for Engineering Support Coordinator primary duties when they are absent
* Assisting the team with any further duties
* Level 1 SMS Portal User Responsibilities as detailed in separate annex
Person Specification
Essential:
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to prioritise
• Attention to detail
• Able to work well within a team whilst also using own initiative
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Flexibility within the role
• Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
Qualifications:
• Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent including Maths, English and I.T
