We’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Blackburn. This full-time, long-term role offers consistent hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

* Previous experience working in behaviour support, preferably within alternative provision or similar educational settings
* Strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
* Ability to stay calm and consistent in challenging situations
