My client is continuing to grow following ongoing success and is now looking for a Holiday Property Manager to help support and manage a portfolio of over 300 high-quality holiday cottages across North Norfolk. This is a varied and fast-paced role, involving guest relations, property inspections, booking management and coordinating housekeeping and maintenance issues, all within a professional and supportive team environment.
To be considered for the Holiday Property Manager role, you must have:
1. Previous customer service experience, ideally working with high-end clientele
2. Good local knowledge of North Norfolk and nearby attractions/restaurants
3. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
4. Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
5. A personable, approachable and professional manner
6. Confidence in handling customer complaints calmly and professionally
7. Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
8. Full clean driving licence
9. Strong IT and administrative skills
10. Excellent attention to detail
11. The ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a small team
Working hours:
12. Full-time hours
13. Monday to Friday

As a Holiday Property Manager, your role will involve:
21. Managing a large portfolio of holiday cottages across North Norfolk while maintaining exceptional service standards
22. Taking telephone bookings and advising guests on suitable holiday properties
23. Assisting guests during their stay and resolving housekeeping or maintenance issues efficiently
24. Liaising with the maintenance team and local contractors to coordinate repairs and property works
25. Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints promptly and professionally
26. Processing guest feedback and following up where required
27. Managing reservations and customer records using agency booking software
28. Carrying out regular property visits and inspections
29. Supporting property owners and guests throughout the holiday experience
